This is really the best stretching routine ever, try it and let to know me if you liked it :) hopefully you will… Actually I love yoga and here are some of my favorite poses. Yoga helps you create space in your body and after a good yoga routine your body and mind will be relaxed and you will feel just amazing :)
As I wrote before you should begin your workout with a warm up, then should follow your regular routine and you should end up with your stretching routine…
Check out this cardio routine to lose some fat. If you do this routine a few times at least every second day, I promise you that you’ll see changes on your body, your legs will be leaner, your stomach will look flatter and your butt will be lifted.
Did you know that you can protect yourself from a lot of injuries if you start your workout with a warm up? So next time you’ll workout, hopefully, you’ll remember it…

Recently, I’ve found this amazing muffin recipe at FitnessMagazine.com and I was like “I must try this, it looks great and if I don’t screw it up, it will taste quite good…” And, fortunately, I didn’t :)
